I like the original songs better... Fallout Boy's remake of What's This isn't bad at all, but the other ones don't really.... work for me...

You mean those covers of NBC songs?
I liked them. Especially Panic At The Disco's This Is Halloween. And Fallout Boy's What Is This.
Win.

hm...me? Well...some of the songs are really nice While some really suck that I could not really stand them...like Jack's obsession...(I don't really like the remade of it...) But Sally's song, Poor Jack, This is Halloween...are nice ^_^ But What's this is too sad when it's supposed to be a happy song I totally prefer the Fallout Boy's version of What's this than the one in Nightmare revisited.

We already have a topic about the new Covers

But maybe we can try to merge these, I mean this topic has an awesome poll on it.

If anyone is interested, I have reviewed the covers on my DEV journal

Gonna warn you though, do not read if you hate cuss words, I kinda got PMS-y at Sparklehorse (can you blame me?)

I agree, Sparklehorse's version of Jack's obsession really sucks...

I just got it today and so far I only like 2.. maybe 3. I love:
Marilyn Manson's This Is Halloween, Amy Lee's Sally's Song...

and... well... Kidnap the Sandy Claws by Korn is.. okay.. otherwise everything is very bad...

Good thing I didn't get it then.

I mean what's the difference between the Special Edition one and the Revisited. More song abuse?

Some of it was just plain horrifying. Some was decent, and some were wonderful. (Very few, though.)

For me, out of 10, it'd be a 4. Some songs on there are plain horrific. But then you have Amy Lee's Sally's Song, and it's wonderful and beautiful.

For people who want to listen to the full album before you buy  here you can stream it  of course you can't listen to individual songs.

We need better artists covering the songs. Aerosmith + Oogie Boogie's Song = Win.
Rolling Stones + Anything = Win
Red Hot Chili Peppers + Kidnap The Sandy Claws = Win (As long as they do it right. ie: NOT LIKE STADIUM ARCADIUM)
Foo Fighters + What's This = Win
The White Stripes + -
OK I'll stop that now.

I agree with Prince on the better aritist thing, The Rolling Stones and Foo Fighters will be good for those songs, but it depends on the qualities..

Depends on the quality? It's Rolling Stones and Foo Fighters, the quality would be awesome.
